Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Cancellation

By submitting a request to Inverni, the customer may cancel the order, either partially or in full, provided that the order in question has not already been processed.

Once the cancellation request has been submitted, Inverni will confirm receipt of the request to the customer by sending an email notification.

Return

By submitting a request to Inverni, the customer may return some or all of the products included in the order within, and no later than, 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.
Weekends and public holidays are excluded from the calculation of the 14 day period.

Once the return request has been submitted, Inverni will confirm receipt of the request to the customer by sending an email notification.
After Inverni has approved the return request, the customer will receive an email notification confirming the approval.
The customer must then return the products within, and no later than, 14 days from the date of receipt of the approval email received from Inverni.

The products must be returned intact and complete in all their parts, in their original packaging and together with the relevant tax documentation.
Failure to comply with the above conditions will make the returned products non-refundable.

Any personalized or made-to-measure products are excluded from the right of return.

The shipping costs for returning the products shall be borne by the customer.
However, if the customer’s return request is due to having received defective or non-compliant products (such as products that are damaged, faulty or different from those described) the return shipping costs shall be borne by Inverni.

Refund

In the event of cancellation, the refund for the products will be issued within, and no later than, 14 days from the date on which Inverni receives the cancellation request.

In the event of a return, the refund for the products will be issued within, and no later than, 14 days from the date on which Inverni receives the return request.
However, as provided for under Article 56, paragraph 3, of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, Inverni may withhold the refund until it has received the products or until the customer has provided proof of having sent the products back to Inverni.
In any case, Inverni will issue the refund only provided that the products are returned intact and complete in all their parts, in their original packaging and together with the relevant tax documentation.

With regard to the refund of the shipping costs paid by the customer at the time of placing the order, only standard shipping costs will be refunded, and only for orders that are cancelled or returned in full.
